Delete Your Account

You can delete your Corrally account and the personal data associated with it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Corrally app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deactivated immediately and your data is removed on the schedule described below.

Option 2 — Request deletion on the web

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion here. Send us an email from the address associated with your account so we can verify the request:

We verify every web request against the account owner before deleting. We confirm completion by email, typically within 30 days of a verified request.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete or irreversibly anonymize:

• Your login and authentication record.
• Your profile — username, display name, real name, bio, avatar, location, and preferences.
• Your posts, comments, reactions, direct messages, and uploaded media.
• Your corral memberships, friendships, and saved or joined events.
• Your notification tokens and settings.

What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data after deletion where the law allows or requires it:

• Information we must keep to meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations, or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
• Content already shared with or copied by other users (for example, a message someone has already received), which may remain in their copy.
• Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups, which are purged on a rolling schedule.

Deletion timeline

Account access ends immediately on deletion. Personal data is removed from our active systems within 30 days, and from backups within the normal backup rotation thereafter.
